Product Registration & Extended Warranty

By registering your product, you can enjoy confirmation of ownership, a more streamlined product support as well as updates about offers, promotions and events. Furthermore, all Airvolution appliances are extended to a 3 year warranty (2+1 on registration). If a product is not registered within 90 days of purchase, the manufacturer’s warranty will be 2 years from the date of purchase.

Please note: If your product was purchased before June 1 2018, the warranty is as per the period specified in the user manual included with your product.

Before you get started, make sure you have your product model & serial numbers handy. These can be found on the rating label* of your product.

After submitting the form, please email a copy of your receipt to support@residentiagroup.com.au to finalise the registration.
